LOVE FROM AUSTIN

      Benefit Event for China Earthquake Relief

The Chinese Society of Austin co-sponsored a fund raising event on June 1st, 2008, organized by the Love of China Dance School in Austin to help the quake victims of Sichuan, China. It was a very successful event which raised a total of about $8000. We opened our hearts from half of the world away to express our love and care and will continue our efforts to aid the China's quake disaster areas.

       June 1 Sunday 2:00pm-6:00pm

Barton Creek Mall, first floor in front of JCPenney and Sears

Admission is free. Donated items will be available for sale. All donations go to International Red Cross for their relief efforts in the area affected by the earthquake.
